I made two bookings through the site for my Tirupati and Srisailam visit. Though money was deducted hotel booking was not confirmed by the site. Support ticket was raised but with no response. Seeing their response level I cancelled the Tirupati hotel booking and they confirmed to refund only Rs. 1700:- against the booking amount of Rs. 4400/-. For Srisailam booking my Rs. 3000/-is stuck. These kind of fraudulent sites must be immediately closed as they are fooling people in the name of religion. People are saving their money for these trips and they are just mischievously taking it. As far as transparency is concerned, we can rate this site as zero as there is no cancellation policy and charges visible on the site. It is their wish what they will do. I just want my hard earned money back from these frauds as well as strict action against this firm....

I booked rooms for dharamshala in Varanasi. Booking Confirmation Voucher [Protected]Name : Birla Dharamshala - Uttarkashi 2 nights from [Protected]to [Protected]Room Type 2 Bed VIP Non AC Room his is a fraud website "YatraDham". This video is for kashi, vishwanath temple uttarkashi. I booking it by mistake confusing it with varanasi. When I requested them for refund. This is their reply.

"We regret to inform you that we try our best but your request is not accepted based on terms. As your request has been closed with an update . your existing booking continues as is. "And then they close the request without my acknowledgement. The whatsapp number also is a chatbot with auto closure after one reply. they charge 687 convenience fee per booking. This is the support they provide for such fees.It is much better to book the hotel directly, where you just have to pay partially and there is no such convenience fees.Beware of this useless and fraud websites. They are just stealing money in the name of God....

I made a reservation for two rooms at Dwarka's Toran Tourist Bungalow for the 12th of November through yatradham.org. However, after making the payment, I was informed that my booking had not been confirmed, and I was told that they would update me within 24 hours. Subsequently, one of their representatives contacted me via WhatsApp, explaining that the rooms I had booked were unavailable at the chosen hotel.

I then inquired about alternative dates or requested a refund, but I have not received any response yet. I also attempted to contact the customer support hotline, but my call was not successfully transferred.Please action against them and repay the refund for all the fraudulent transactions.

I had paid upfront (via upi on 25 Sep 2023 09:17 AM) for a room booking on YatraDham.org a week back and till date there's no confirmation shared by them. It appears to be a fraud website and must be taken down immediately.

W.r.t. my room booking done on yatra dham with booking id #100721332, I had submitted cancellation request for the same before 7 days of chek-in date. They are not accepting my cancellation request & not refunding back. Kindly look into this matter....

I had a booking in Ujjain - Seth Murlidhar Mansinghka Yatri Niwas (GRASTVY) with Booking ID [Protected]for 1st september, 2023.Due to some emergency I had to cancel booking before two weeks of my planned stay.When I asked for refund, I got reply that my request is not accepted based on terms.I don't know what terms are being followed.It show they only accept booking amount and don't entertain any refund request.It's quite unprofessional behaviour and nobody will make any further booking with such unprofessional organization.I demand my refund as soon as possible.

I don't think company is following standard procedure for booking hotels and rooms.They are misguiding and doing fraud with customers.I tried to contact customer supprt again and again but they are not entertaining refund request.government guideline is that the hotel reservation system should allow the user to cancel the reservation at any given time. but even before two week of booking cancellation,my refund request was rejected.Pleasw take immediate action and help me in getting my refund and save other people from these fraud companies....

I booked two double bedded AC room at Varanasi (Swastik Guest House) using https://yatradham.org site for 12th and 13th August '23. First of all room price was showing as 1708 per night including GST. After the payment they are showing the value of room as Rs. 1300/-per night and convenience fees Rs. 505/- as and GST as Rs. 312/- . I believe it's kind of cheating as on production of such receipt hotel authority is allocating the room as per price of the room which is mentioned in the receipt. So spending more money not getting the actual value. Not sure what is the purpose of keeping this much amount as convenience fee. Main drama is when we reached the guest house (Swastik Guest House) at Varanasi, we could not control ourselves just by seeing the surroundings of the Guest house along with the passage and reception area. It's so unhygienic and dirty that no one can stay any more. Later, on production of my receipt when the rooms were allocated it's horrible, spreading bad smell dirty bed sheet and so on. Immediately I tried to contact yatradham but all my efforts were in vein. Only getting automated voice and no such option to contact any person over phone. Later talked to the personnel at reception and asked about the situation and informed me he has nothing to do with it. He shared the owner's contact number. Tried calling owner and informed about the situation but didn't get any response from his end. I left the hotel and signed in the hotel register within 10 minutes of my arrival. However, I lost my entire money amounting Rs. 6834/- and spent our holiday in another hotel at Varanasi. I had along with my son, wife aged parents-in-law. Because of their cheating service I lost my entire money and spent more money to stay there during my weekend. Still today I tried to contact yatradham but unable to speam any person. Wanted to add feedback at their web-site but there is no such option to add my horrible experience with their service....

I had booking with yatradham for two location one for Ujjain and another for varanasi.First was Ujjain- I had booked TWO AC room When I reached to hotel they asked 3 hrs to wait even i had to take my kids in other private place for rest room. after 3 hrs they have given one room without cleaning :( Even i paid for complete day how ever i check out in evening.

Very poor support from Yatradham no contact available you can write an e-mail and no one will respond, This is my experience. It seems to me YATRADHAM has also role or commission what you agree and paid as a return you did not get. So before booking your stay with this fraud company think twice.

I have booked 2 Beds 1 for me and 1 for my mom. Once I reached dormitory there no female members. There were just 2 beds between all 24 males( I have also proof for these). This is not suitable for us and also unsafe. In the middle of the night no where to stay. So we booked another room with hefty prices This was so unwanted for us as we we came Indore by traveling 1 day in train for malikaarjun darshan.

Atleast provide Full Refund for these 2 beds.I was expecting 13 beds for female and 13 beds for male in left and right side respectively. As suggested by video in YouTube by yatradham offical channel....

I have booked a room for Mayapur ,West Bengal through yatradham.org and due to some medical urgency i had cancelled the booking within 2 hours of my booking giving sufficient time to the company.Now they are telling that my request is not consider for the refund policy..How come a medical emergency cannot clear their criteria,it is very ridiculous and despite writing so many times to the customer care people they even didn't bother to respond.

Its highly unprofessional. I request all the related authorities to take strict action against the organization as they are providing booking facility in holy places and looting the customers....
