I have booked a room for Mayapur ,West Bengal through yatradham.org and due to some medical urgency i had cancelled the booking within 2 hours of my booking giving sufficient time to the company.Now they are telling that my request is not consider for the refund policy..How come a medical emergency cannot clear their criteria,it is very ridiculous and despite writing so many times to the customer care people they even didn't bother to respond.

Its highly unprofessional. I request all the related authorities to take strict action against the organization as they are providing booking facility in holy places and looting the customers.
