This video is for kashi, vishwanath temple uttarkashi. I booking it by mistake confusing it with varanasi. When I requested them for refund. This is their reply.

"We regret to inform you that we try our best but your request is not accepted based on terms. As your request has been closed with an update . your existing booking continues as is. "And then they close the request without my acknowledgement. The whatsapp number also is a chatbot with auto closure after one reply. they charge 687 convenience fee per booking. This is the support they provide for such fees.It is much better to book the hotel directly, where you just have to pay partially and there is no such convenience fees.Beware of this useless and fraud websites. They are just stealing money in the name of God.
