I made two bookings through the site for my Tirupati and Srisailam visit. Though money was deducted hotel booking was not confirmed by the site. Support ticket was raised but with no response. Seeing their response level I cancelled the Tirupati hotel booking and they confirmed to refund only Rs. 1700:- against the booking amount of Rs. 4400/-. For Srisailam booking my Rs. 3000/-is stuck. These kind of fraudulent sites must be immediately closed as they are fooling people in the name of religion. People are saving their money for these trips and they are just mischievously taking it. As far as transparency is concerned, we can rate this site as zero as there is no cancellation policy and charges visible on the site. It is their wish what they will do. I just want my hard earned money back from these frauds as well as strict action against this firm.
