I had a booking in Ujjain - Seth Murlidhar Mansinghka Yatri Niwas (GRASTVY) with Booking ID [Protected]for 1st september, 2023.Due to some emergency I had to cancel booking before two weeks of my planned stay.When I asked for refund, I got reply that my request is not accepted based on terms.I don't know what terms are being followed.It show they only accept booking amount and don't entertain any refund request.It's quite unprofessional behaviour and nobody will make any further booking with such unprofessional organization.I demand my refund as soon as possible.

I don't think company is following standard procedure for booking hotels and rooms.They are misguiding and doing fraud with customers.I tried to contact customer supprt again and again but they are not entertaining refund request.government guideline is that the hotel reservation system should allow the user to cancel the reservation at any given time. but even before two week of booking cancellation,my refund request was rejected.Pleasw take immediate action and help me in getting my refund and save other people from these fraud companies.
