I had purchased membership of LVH on 25th April 2021 from Ahmedabad. Company executives sold me the membership and told that I will not charge any interest on EMI after that when I had contact bank they told me that I will be charge more than 50000 as a interest of my membership.
I had contacted the LVH and they had taken my issue and not given me any commitment. I had send an email on 2nd May stating that I need full refund of my paid membership and wanted to cancel the membership again they had not given me any commitment or revert on email and calls than I had raised dispute in Bank about the amount.
after that LVH contacted me and told me that I need to withdraw my dispute from Bank so they will refund me the 50000 rs interest charges on my credit card so As per them I had withdraw my dispute from Bank on 1st September and LVH had not refunded my amount till date and now they are not responding to my calls and emails.
I need now full refund of my membership as now I can't trust this company.

The Team of Long Vision Hospitality was Sold Me to Membership of 3 Years in Price of 35400 INR[with Taken 2000 INR Down Payment in December 2021th Year] with Comintment of 1/One Month Refundable Policy, I Did Total 10000 INR Amount Paid Now, Persons of That Company[Long Vision Hospitality] are Say[The Refumd Policy was of 1/One Week OR 15/Fifteen Day] after I Suffered as Victim of Frauds.
Reply I m also the victim of LVH.....They are fraud . Director HarshilKumar Mehta is fraud. I ahve taken membership in the month of Feb'22 and paid 1,52,000/- through Credit card with EMI as committed by LVH to wave off EMI interest but till date they haven't done that ....subsequently they offered complimentary tour to Dubai & I paid VISA charges & air ticket charges on 30th Jun'22 Rs.84,000/- till date I haven't received tickets also Harshilkumar , Director of LVH taken Rs.94164/- personally saying that he need to close his target for the month and will return money in a weeks time...It is almost 1.5 months now , he is not responding to my messages , mails & phone calls . I even sent mails to cancel my membership & return the money back but they are not responding to my mails . Please....please don't get trapped into this....They are fraud people . If you have faced same then jointly we can register police complaint....that would be more effective if group of people can put more pressure.

This is to inform to all, Anybody do not take membership of Long Vision Hospitality Pvt Ltd due to comapnay is fraud, i had taken package on jan 2021 sum of Rs. 128000/- but not delivered package till now, so i have filed a case against Long vision Hospitality Pvt Ltd in and his director Harshil to consumer court and My consumer court Case No is CC/365/2022 From Ranjeet Sharma
