YatraDham.org: Not refunding for cancelled booking

W.r.t. my room booking done on yatra dham with booking id #[Protected], I had submitted cancellation request for the same before 7 days of chek-in date. They are not accepting my cancellation request & not refunding back. Kindly look into this matter.
