I had spoken to their customer care executive about delivering a cake to a particular place on September 10th 2022.I was assured that it would be done.I called them back and again gave them the pincode just to be sure.They said it would be done.But later in the day I got a message saying I should pay extra delivery charges as its far away.I asked them to cancel my order and refund the amount. I am still waiting for their response. ...

First they asked for pincode and when i gave that they said we will deliver ..they took money from me aftwr 30 mins they sended an email and again asked for extra delivery because location is far.I paid them that also after that also they didnt deliver the order.when i called them in morning they spoke to me very rudly used abusive language and denied me the refund....

This is regarding cancellation of order no 1734169. The order was made and then additional charges were asked for. I immediately cancelled the order since the hidden charges were not told earlier and these actions caused me to lose faith in the company.

Even after cancellation and speaking to customer care repeatedly no fair solution was given and a careless attitude was shown which is again disheartening. After raising complaint on this platform INDIA CAKES has given a coupon code which is not working and seems to be expired.

I need only the cash in my transaction platform and no other coupon code from this company. This cake was ordered for my wives birthday and it was not delivered and has caused ruined my entire day and my social time and has further caused lot of mental harassment.

Henceforth let me make it clear I need my money back. This company has lost my trust and I don't want to have any future transactions of any sort from your company. This was my first and maybe last interaction with your company.

Kindly release my payment at the earliest, as it may further deteriorate the existing situation dissatisfied with the poor response of customer service and hoping for a satisfactory resolution at the earliest.

I need my money back and no coupon and that's it. I cannot waste my hard earned money on this fraud company....

I had placed an order for cake & bouquet to be delivered at Kodaikanal on 24 Apr 22 vide order No 1730644 but it was not delivered at all. I was asked to pay additional Rs 100 for the delivery, which I paid very promptly too but still the order was not delivered.

I must have tried the customer care number so many times but there was no response at all. I left many messages also but again no response. It has spoiled the moment and the faith in the company.

Nobody even bothered to call up or update the status. Also no refund has been initiated....

Hello I'm Milon Maity current residency bhavnagar, Gujarat. I have ordered a cake from indiacakes.com (order ID 1728922). yesterday 23rd Mar 2022. I have paid full payment of the product by online ( PhonePe).

I have all the evidence but I have not get my delivery yet. Now they are not responding even my calls. So that's why I'm complaining against India cakes for claiming my money back....

On 16.03.2022, I order a cake from Indiacakes.com where the delivery was free. But after the order they asked for extra Rs 250 for delivery. I git suspicious and searched about them and found that this company is a fraud and looting people's money....

They are asking additional delivery money after the order placement and not refunding the money paid for the order. They are saying that they cannot refund the money and would rather issue a coupon which has to be used on their site.

There was nothing mentioned that delivery charges would be charged separately. This should be dealt with strictly....

I ordered a cake for my brother on his b'day. The B'day was on 24th Oct and i ordered cake on 23oct evening near by 5 PM.I ordered from Ranchi Jharkhand. My brother is staying in Raipur.

They have given time to send the parcel on 24Oct till 9PM but till 25oct I didn't get the cake. On 24th Oct Sunday I was trying to connect with the respective team but no response form their side.

Today morning i called them for the all things they said that I have to pay delivery charges But while I was booking the cake there is no delivery charges added. When i said its ok kindly refund my amount.

I got reply that it will take 24hrs and when i again called about refund then they are saying we will not refund the amount we provide you a coupon for it and start disconnecting my call.

I have sent so many mail and also called so many time regarding it but they are not responding properly. My concern is i am working man and even the single coin matter for me.

Money comes from my hard work so I don't want any coupon, I just want my money back. In all this they have spoiled the all plan of celebrations. Kindly help me on it please!!! I have also call recording for the same.
