I had spoken to their customer care executive about delivering a cake to a particular place on September 10th 2022.I was assured that it would be done.I called them back and again gave them the pincode just to be sure.They said it would be done.But later in the day I got a message saying I should pay extra delivery charges as its far away.I asked them to cancel my order and refund the amount. I am still waiting for their response.
