The are absolute bunch of cheaters. Plants died after the delivery and customer service team is useless. It seems like you are talking to a robot. One person will say coupon will be provided for the dead plant and they will ask you to send plant names or image but when you actually do that they don't respond. Again you follow up and again the same story. You don't talk to the same individual and neither they check the trail...I have been following up over 10days and now I am fed up. They will not refund anything but harass customers.

The website is so sick. They are worst. Their service is so bad. Delivery time is so huge. Begging you not to buy anything from them. They are the biggest scam. They didn't delivered my product & not returning my money back.

You don't deserve any star ...one of sickest dealer. delivery not proper ...no response nothing. i guess it is fraud firm. do you refund money if the plant is damaged ?

Sick plants seeds don't sprout n when u write bad reviews for the seeds the page will say ur review will need to be approved which means they only allow good reviews to be displayed

Hi. I am Asha here. I had ordered some seeds. It showed simply pay later.... which i was not aware was an app. I thought it was pay on delivery. You people have send the seeds n manure in spite of cancelling the order. Plz take back the seeds. As i feel this app is trying to cheat people. The app shows interest will be levid if we download it etc. Which is quite confusing. I dont want to pay through simply pay later. Plz let me know if i can pay in some other mode.
