I had ordered some plants and seeds from this online delivery site. They accepted the order but never delivered. I got a call from their service desk to check if the plants are delivered and even after informing that delivery hasn't been done, nothing happened. I have been emailing the team about this but there is no response. This is nothing but cheating. I don't even think they have a store, they are just cheating customers and getting their money.

I ordered and paid amount on 4th Feb and they say to be delivered in a week time.but its been almost 20 days and no response from them.no customer care no support.They are charters don't trust them.

While searching for certain plants, I came across this site. Found the prices quite reasonable and got tempted to order. When the order came , the plants , which were saplings as mentioned at the site , they were too small. Most of the plants , they are 1-1.5” long stem with 2-3 small leaves. Don’t know if they will survive or not. Paying 199 for such small plants doesn’t justify at all. 2 plants were dead on arrival. I paid 599 for monstera which was not even 10” tall n most of the leaves rotten. Garden decor items were minuscule.

Upon raising the complaint back n forth, I was asked to send pictures. Then the names. When I sent everything I was told to repot them which I had already done with all except one (it was too small to repot ) and get back to them after a week. I really wish I hadn’t fallen for the price thing as st the end it turned out to be very expensive and a great loss. Better to trust sites like nursery live or buy from a local nursery. Lot of time n money would be saved which was spent on complaining....

Such a scammer company is “The affordable organic store” nothing is organic as they don’t deliver your products after taking your money. I have ordered a few seeds on 2nd June till then no information was shared with me, thankfully I’ve taken a screenshot after placing the order or else with my email address this website is showing my account doesn’t exists!!!

After talking to their customer support executive he said he can’t even see the status of my order and gave me this number [Protected]to raise an immediate complaint so I did that and got a response from them after waiting for 6-7 hours (We are really sorry for the issue sir and are looking into it please don't worry we'll rectify the issue ASAP) and (Dear customer, Our team is working and will get back shortly) now it’s been two days they didn’t even bother to respond to texts as I kept on asking about my order, I chose the Simpl pay later option and even after not getting my ordered products I have to make the payment, by 20th June. It is the biggest mistake of life ever to order from this Fraud company....

The name of the store dupes you into thinking that it’s affordable whereas truth of the matter is it’s not plants but saplings. They refused to cancel or modify my order even when I said I don’t want refund and credit is fine for me so I could have ordered non living things like the garden decor items, planters etc. Things that don’t die.

Instead they sent me saplings that took like 14 days to arrive and were all dead. I mean they say it’s DTDC but never understood how it takes 14days to transport things from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad.

I would not recommend them at all…better go to nursery physically or order from other sites where at least you will get live plants even if you are paying extra. I wasted 1100 and didn’t get single plants, if i would have shopped from some other site even if I would get 1/2 plants they would be living. Instead saving money you are losing money....

I had ordered for 4 coleus plants and what I got was well packed 4 miniature 1inch pots with 1 or 2 micro dried leaves fit to be thrown. It is a definite case of cheating. No response from the Whats App number and email id. Hope others don't get cheated....

I ordered products for my garden few seeds and they didn't sent me and track results showed refused by customer product undelivered I already paid for this 223 INR I want my money back . My order ID is H41298271....
