I have purchased byjus 3 year during 6th class mid year for 7th, 8th and 9th standard. they offerred 6th class for free since its past mid year. I followed up multiple times that 9th class is not reflecting, but they assured it will be added once 8th class is completed. there is no response from grievence and none of the phone number is working.
