Non refund of amount after approval of the cancellation

Good evening sir,
I'm Mutturaj Daddi, I purchased a BYJUS IAS online course from the Byjus and often for cancellation within two days of purchase ( purchased on 19/09/2023 and cancelled on 20/09/2023) received cancellation confirmation mail from the official cancellation id of BYJUS asking for Bank details that's also I updated to them on 20/09/2023.
In cancellation mail they promised to give a refund within a maximum period of 10 working days. After 10 days when I called them they are now saying that it'll take next 28 days. I have borrowed money from someone and now I'm not getting what promised by their end and also have to pay a interest for them.. kindly help me to get my refund.
