I am writing to file a consumer complaint against [Sana Community] regarding a transaction made on whatsup group (which I connected through Facebook). On 3rd March 2024, I placed an order with the seller. However, despite more than a month passing since the order was placed, I have yet to receive the item

I have made multiple attempts to contact the seller via WhatsApp, as I was added to a group chat with approximately 1800 members by the seller. Despite my efforts, the seller has not responded to my messages from over a week Given the lack of communication and failure to deliver the ordered item within a reasonable timeframe, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the consumer complaint court for resolution.
I placed my first order on March 3rd and a second order on March 14th. The seller promised delivery within 10 to 15 days for both orders. However, the seller informed me that the first item was coming from Nepal and the second item from the US, which could explain the delay.Despite this, I have not received either item, and for the past week, the seller has not responded to my WhatsApp messages or picked up my calls.I request your assistance in resolving this issue Thank you for your attention to this matter.
