I booked two-way flight from my trip via skyscanner. I paid the amount, no updates, I tried to contact customer care, and they said I needed to wait for 12 hours to receive the update, I didn't get any update after 12 hours and then I again contacted customer care, and they now say payment is failed, I don't know how and when I'll get my money back. this people are not at all giving any updates on email, I am afraid that how would I get my money back this is ridiculous....

I bought a ticket for the flight that will take off from Seoul to Istanbul at 06:00 on August 21, M9ZZUI reservation no. The flight time has changed, the airline said that I am entitled to a full refund, but Mytrip company does not want to refund. He wants to get half of the refund....

I booked a ticket from Leeds Bradford to Paris on 15 September 2022 it was available on the website, after finalizing my booking I paid in full, then I received an email your booking has been submitted and being processed by our team. your booking should be confirmed within a few minutes and your money already has transferred in to your credit card.

They lied to me they did not transfer my money it was pending until 19 September and on 20 September they took my money into their account and did not issue my ticket. When I called them on 15 September I told them where is my ticket you have taken the full payment they told me it should be issued when it gets confirmed i told them my daughter Miss Bushra Siddiqa she was traveling I paid for the ticket we need to know they told us just wait just wait.

So we called on the 16th September 2022 and told them we have not received any ticket please can you tell us what is going on we never had this problem before. If you take the payment we have to issue a ticket within 24 hours ATOL rules that's the law by civil aviation authority ATOL but no proper answer was given so we called again on 17th September 2022, we told then we have found a ticket for the 18Th September since your ticket is not CONFIRMED please cancel my ticket we will buy another ticket for 18Th September which we did.

We have the ticket if you want to see. He told us he will put a note that passenger has brought a ticket for 18th September he dose not need this ticket anymore he also told me if the ticket is confirmed he will call me but he did not my daughter he departed on the 18th September 2022 I checked my credit card 19 September and it showed it still pending on 20 September I check it showed money taken from PENDING TO MONEY OUT.

I called them on the 20th September and they told me oh the ticket was emailed to you on 18 September 2022 which was a lie no email was sent so I told the why did you send the ticket when I told you we don't need a ticket anymore just cancel it so why did you issue the ticket, she said i am sorry the ticket is issued and the ticket is NON REFUNDABLE....

I was scammed by in.mytrip.com through whom I’d booked air tickets for two pax from Bangalore, India to Khatmandu, Nepal and back. On requesting a cancellation in August 2022 for the flights in October 2022, I was refunded barely 20% of the amount paid for the bookings. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH MYTRIP…...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Our connecting flight was cancelled, and the alternative time would not work for us, so we requested a refund. We were told we would be charged €30 for them to refund us our money for a flight they cancelled.

Outrageous. Supervisors never call you back. Cost more in hours on the phone, CROOKS....

On 20/01/2020 I made the purchase of a trip to Thailand to be held on May 30, 2020 by the company MyTrip. Taking into account the pandemic situation due to the Covid 19 virus on 04/04/2020 I received an email from MyTrip warning me that my flight could be affected and that I had two options: a voucher with the value of the trip so I could travel again or if I had already received help from the airline.

In other words, in reality I only had one option, the voucher. With this information, on 04/05/2020 I asked the agency about my options and if I could get the money back if I didn't make the trip.

To this request for information the agency's response on 04/06/2020 was to resend the email again citing the same two options (voucher or already had help with my reservation). Without a response from the agency, I then turned to the airline that informed me that until that date the flights were scheduled to operate normally.

After receiving several more emails asking me to make a choice regarding my trip (voucher or already helped) and taking into account that with one month of preparation and the current situation of the pandemic it would not be possible to make the trip in a safe way, on 04/23/2020 I opted for the voucher accepting the conditions that had been given to me by the agency (the trip would have to be made by both passengers and until February of the following year).

Still having doubts about the situation on 04/24/2020 and 05/18/2020 I asked the airline for help mentioning that I had opted for the voucher by the agency and what would be the conditions to travel again or receive a refund to which the company answered both times that the refund would have to be given by the agency.

On 08/13/2020 after almost 4 months of having chosen the voucher I received by email the conditions of the voucher from the agency (where nowhere is it mentioned that I would no longer be entitled to a refund).

With the progress of the pandemic and changes in my personal and professional life I realized that it will be impossible for me to make this trip since until now (almost a year after the supposed departure date) there is still no expected date to travel again safely for tourism purposes.

As such, on 12/18/2020 I contact the agency again to request a refund for my trip. On 2/13/2021 I finally receive a response from the agency informing me that my trip has not yet been cancelled (when the flights never took place due to the pandemic) and that I could cancel the trip and receive a partial refund if the airline granted me an exception.

So I contacted the airline with whom I communicated until 19/02/2021 and who proved to me that it was the agency that cancelled the flights (without informing me) before these were cancelled by the airline which invalidates any refund from them and again informs me that the refund is the responsibility of the agency.

Taking this into account, on 02/23/2021 the agency informs me that the reason I can't have the refund after all is that I chose a voucher when this was my only option from the beginning and more than once I questioned whether I could receive the money even though I had the voucher which was never answered or informed in any email or terms and conditions.

This would have to be communicated to me before I agreed to the voucher. As such I made a call to the agency on 02/23/2021 and after almost an hour without any answer or concrete evidence they told me that they will pass the case to the financial department and that I would receive an answer by 02/26/2021.

As of today, 06/03/2021 I still have not received any further response from the agency. I would like to have my money refunded or at least a voucher with a more extended deadline since the one that was given to us expires on 31st of December 2021 and until June 2021 it was almost impossible to travel so e only have 6months to reschedule the trip.

And of course the fault is with the travel agency Mytrip because they have canceled our flights in our name without our permission and without informing us that they would do that.

I booked a online ticket for flight through mytrip website but I dint get my tickets the time of booking so I thought I may get a mail but I got a mail from my trip stating that they are processing my order and evening they called me and asked unnecessary details of cardholder not of me and finally.

They send a mail that transaction is not completed and we have not taken any money from your account and even they didn’t refund it and most important they have not even sent me any satisfactory mail till now . Even am not able to contact them as it’s a international online web....

I booked a flights ticket through mytrip.com in Vistara airlines. I canceled the ticket with in 1 hr of booking, which per Vistara’s policy is fully refundable. Vistara sent me an email confirming that ticket has been fully refunded to agents account. The agent “my trip” denied the refund.

I told the same to Vistara, so the Vistara rep had a conference call on a recorded line with the agent and me, the rep agreed that the refund has been received and agreed that he’ll immediately make the refund when Vistara rep commanded. It’s been more than a month, and i still haven’t received the refund .

Mytrip is fraud company. The mytrip executive harassed me and when on the conference call with Vistara, it asked to remove vistara rep from the call.

Kindly look into the matter and help me get my money back and if possible ban this site from being operational as it is looting the customers. After my incident I looked up the internet and it’s all over that they are famous for not refunding customers money

Please take away their license and ban them from operating in India. Also their customers service is no where to be found. Long waiting call - seems intensional from company’s end....
