I booked two-way flight from my trip via skyscanner. I paid the amount, no updates, I tried to contact customer care, and they said I needed to wait for 12 hours to receive the update, I didn't get any update after 12 hours and then I again contacted customer care, and they now say payment is failed, I don't know how and when I'll get my money back. this people are not at all giving any updates on email, I am afraid that how would I get my money back this is ridiculous.
