I booked a online ticket for flight through mytrip website but I dint get my tickets the time of booking so I thought I may get a mail but I got a mail from my trip stating that they are processing my order and evening they called me and asked unnecessary details of cardholder not of me and finally.

They send a mail that transaction is not completed and we have not taken any money from your account and even they didn’t refund it and most important they have not even sent me any satisfactory mail till now . Even am not able to contact them as it’s a international online web.
