Product first delivered on 16 Dec 2023 and was not fitting due to size issues. As per Myntra’s exchange policy, exchange was requested for a bigger size and it was out for exchange delivery on 19 Dec 2023. No executive contacted me on this date and also disconnected my call when I tried to contact them. They put a fake delivery attempt on the app and also a fake note that the products did not have price tags. Because of this the exchange was kept on hold by Myntra and I had to contact them and share pictures of the product to prove that it’s in original condition and that the delivery executive has punched wrong information.

Myntra did not take any action on this for 8 days inspite of constant follow ups from side and kept on asking me to wait for 24-48 hours each time I called them. Finally on 26 Dec 2023 they corrected the error and approved my exchange pick up. On 27 Dec 2023 again the same delivery company was assigned to Re attempt the exchange and again same issue happened.

No one reached out to me and they kept on disconnecting my calls continuously. Again I had to call Myntra to cancel the exchange request and initiate a return request for the product as it was a never ending issue with the exchange. They assured me that I will face no issues with the return and the product will be returned on 28 Dec 2023. On 28 Dec 2023 (today) again the delivery executive was unreachable and did not answer my calls and put a fake attempt on the app. This is a never ending issue and no action is being taken by Myntra. My money is stuck with Myntra with no fault of mine and I am going through a mental harassment to make this return....

I am writing to seek assistance regarding my recent purchase from Myntra, with Order ID [Protected]. I recently made a purchase on Myntra and I received the order confirmation email as well. However, to my surprise, on the scheduled delivery day, I received a notification stating that my order had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, without any action or consent on my part. Myntra then suggested that I place a fresh order.

The issue I'm facing now is that the price of the product has significantly increased since my original purchase. Additionally, I was charged a convenience fee for the initial order. Despite this, my order was automatically cancelled, and I was provided with a ₹100 coupon, which unfortunately does not address the situation adequately.

I initially made the purchase during a sale, and the price has since risen not only on Myntra but also on other shopping platforms. I specifically chose to purchase from Myntra because I trust that the products are genuine, and Myntra is a reputable and well-established shopping platform. As a result, I find myself at a considerable loss due to circumstances beyond my control.

In light of this, I kindly request one of the following solutions:
1. Myntra places a new replacement or fresh order from their end at the same original price.
2. Myntra provides a coupon for the price difference, allowing me to make a new purchase at the same price.

PS: In the event that the same item in the same size is unavailable, I am open to accepting a different size. For instance, I prefer the Royal Enfield Nirvik Jacket in size S and the Royal Enfield Strident Riding Gloves in either size M or XL. Alternatively, a different color would also be acceptable....

Myntra cancelled my order with reason as not able to deliver.The order shows that it has reached up to certain place in Bengaluru but still not able to deliver it.
They played with my emotion.Order placed on 7th Sep 2023, delivery date was 14th....

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent shopping experience on your platform. During the checkout process, I specifically opted for the gift wrapping service and authorized the associated charge for wrapping. However, upon receiving my order, I was shocked to find that the product was delivered without any wrapping whatsoever. This was a special gift for a loved one, and the unwrapped delivery completely ruined the surprise I had planned.

Furthermore, when I checked my bank statement, I noticed that the amount for the wrapping service had been deducted from my account as expected. It is both disappointing and frustrating to be charged for a service that was not delivered as promised.

I demand an immediate resolution to this matter. I expect a refund of the amount charged for the wrapping service and an explanation for the failure to provide the service I paid for. This experience has severely tarnished my opinion of Myntra, a platform I have previously trusted for my online shopping needs.

I have an account with number [Protected]and email id jc[Protected]@gmail.com . i have placed an order of a saffaras jeans but i received a mens low quality jeans on 20 June. then i place a complain and submit all the required things but the pickup person is not taking the return back he is saying that the product mis matched picture is not updated and he will not take the return until the picture and tag of mis matched product is not updated. Then i again complained and explained all the things that what pickup person is saying but they just told me that mam your return is approved and for pickup issue we are raising a complain against the pickup person i and asked me to wait for the next two days.

Then after receiving no update from myntra till 28 th june I again called to them then again they asked me to wait till 2 July and this time after 28th June the pickup person not even came to take the wrong product he just declined my return every single time till 4 July
Then again I call and they ask me to wait till 8 July but after 4 July to 10 th July no one came to take the pick-up even they didn't respond anything to me.

And after thousands of complains tomorrow they send me a mail and gave me an assurance that your pickup will be done within 24 hr but till now pickup is not done and they send me a notification that your return request is rejected From 20th June to 10july I was just requesting them to take the pickup of wrong product and refund my money or they can also exchange it with the product I have placed But since they are not doing anything and I am totally frustrated with myntra helpline services because I have invested my money it is also affecting my health.

Every single time i call to Myntra helpline services they just give me false assurance and ask me to wait for next two days due to which I feel frustrated and it also affects my mental health So now I am claiming a refund of 50 thousands because myntra is affecting my mental and physical health and if myntra didn't refund my money then I will definitely go to consumer court because I can't sit by keeping my mouth shut I will take step against myntra and it's consumer's right....

They have not delivered the product and as per them they have delivered it. Inspite of so many complaints they are not ready to listen and they are not providing me refund. Issue detail IN[Protected]....

I ordered aristocart bag blue color from myntra whose order number was [Protected]cost Rs 3849 on 19/02/23 the bag was delivered on 23/02/23 but myntra delivered wrong product when I made its return then myntra after a lot of complaint and hard work Returned on 02/03/2023 through delivery logistics, now asking for refund, myntra is not giving refund, while myntra itself approved the wrong product, one myntra gives wrong goods.

Then in the name of giving refund Chutiyapani does, it shows that myntra is a big thief company of mine3849 has been cheated, I have complained about it in National cunsumer grivance, whose docket number was 4298445, after the complaint, I was given a message that refund will be given in 48 hrs, but till now my refund has not been given, myntra customer care Mr. Sandeep.

And when talked to Miss Neelu, she said that refund Will not be given, why are myntra doing this, one you give wrong goods and do not return directly in the name of return, what do you want, I will complain again, no problem, I will forward it to the district court I have bee....

I have returned 4 products of total value 2487, Its been 10 days , but still the company has not refunded the money, when i contact the costumer care there is no response...

I have told them to gift wrap my parcel and even I have paid extra charges for it but they haven't wrapped my parcel with a gift paper. So at least refund money back. ...

I have placed order with Myntra online and got the product on 4th Jan 2023 . Product was "All about you" long jacket . I raised the return request on 5th Jan due to size issue. But return was on hold due to price tag issues. I returned the product in same condition in which i received.

I received the product without Tag only as didn't keep the product with me more than 24 hrs. I raised many time return request but it was on hold and declined due to tag issue. I want to return my product . It is not usable for me. kindly look into this matter and process my refund....
