I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent shopping experience on your platform. During the checkout process, I specifically opted for the gift wrapping service and authorized the associated charge for wrapping. However, upon receiving my order, I was shocked to find that the product was delivered without any wrapping whatsoever. This was a special gift for a loved one, and the unwrapped delivery completely ruined the surprise I had planned.
Furthermore, when I checked my bank statement, I noticed that the amount for the wrapping service had been deducted from my account as expected. It is both disappointing and frustrating to be charged for a service that was not delivered as promised.
I demand an immediate resolution to this matter. I expect a refund of the amount charged for the wrapping service and an explanation for the failure to provide the service I paid for. This experience has severely tarnished my opinion of Myntra, a platform I have previously trusted for my online shopping needs.
I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and ensure that such lapses in service do not occur in the future. I would appreciate your prompt response and resolution to this matter.
