Dont waste your money i ordered a watch on 28th dec they sent two times faulty product still now waiting for third replacement with no hope & no response from customer support never buy from there official website they are cheating with customer money & time. Ticket no 2552288.

On 10-08-22 Purchased Fireboltt invincible smart watch on amazon (Rs 5999) 05-02-23 it stopped working 05-02-23 registered a complaint through email & ticket issued (ticket ID is 748094) there were series of mail between us, finally 05-04-23 replacement was sent (a brand new firboltt invincible smart watch) and the case was closed (although that was not my choice).

Again on 09-08 -23 the replaced unit stopped working. 10-08-23 registered a complaint through email & ticket issued (ticket Id 1882268) i am aware that firboltt invincible smart watch is no longer available in the market and outdated, there are now upgraded versions. 20-08-23 fireboltt gave me 2 options; Coupon code to redeem on fireboltt website or replacement with some other model.

I asked for coupon code. 22-08-23 i was informed that they will send a 2021 model (fireboltt terra) of same value. I did not agree to it because it is a 2 years old model, the features are not upto the mark and outdated. so i insisted on coupon code. 28-08-23 I am being forced to agree with their choice through email, while i have been requesting for coupon code, which i can use to buy the latest models from the website. I am fed up of fireboltt and their services. every time they force me to agree to their choice, two times their product got spoilt within warranty period, still they are trying to dump another 2 year old model on me.

I lost trust in all of their products, services and credibility. i will never buy another product from the same brand. in this one year of using the smart watch, almost for 3 months it was with them only in non working condition. as i write this complaint it is still lying with them. with your help I would like to get full refund (Rs 5999) back....

I have booked a smart watch from Fireboltt on 2nd September, and i have received the product on 4th september but it was a faulty product. Immediately i have requested for a retun and refund and they picked up the product and on 10th they received the product on their office. From 10th i am waiting for my refund and made multiple calls but they are all completely useless and never able to give me an actual update. Reaching their customer care is not an easy job.

We have to wait minimum of 1 hour and after connecting they give some stupid answer and ask us to wait for 4 to 5 working days and this repeat every time when you call. Ultimately you will end of loosing your patient and stop calling them and they will never refund. My request to all, first thing is their product are cheap low Quality product and dealing with them is a pain. So dont waste your time and money buying product from Fireboltt website. Stay away from these guys.Finally i am here to request complaint room to help me to solve the problem if possible, it will be a great help. Ticket id-2004716....

As I ordered firebollt smart watch which is Ultimate silver in color which was recive at my location on date 15 August 2023 and after 7-8 days battery backup problem start in smart watch ,which gives only 2-3 hour's backup only after full 100% charge,after complaint to Fireboltt official web site company arrange pickup for watch bu courier on Date 28 August 2023 and courier person pickup parcle on Date 01 September 2023 and it delivered to boltt on date 6 September 2023 and replacement watch delivered at my location on date 19 September 2023 which was different in color, after more than 1 month.

I received replacement was different which I ordered so I mail to fire boltt team regarding this multiple time but he was not responding or not confirmed me before courier replacement black color watch,after multiple tries to call her support number (1888) he says at present silver watch not available so we send black color new watch, so I dinned to accept this watch because if I ordered silver color then why can I accept black, because i never use black color, so I request firebollt team to refund mu payment and pickup your new black watch but he not agree for return and says that we will provide u replacement of silver watch in 1 month. Which was very slow service of firebollt,
It's my request to please process for refund ASAP

I ordered fire boltt ninja smartwatch from Myntra and they delivered a not working product.Myntra guys did not exchange it with a working product instead they wanted me to reach out to firbolt service center. None of the firebolt customer care numbers are working so i emailed them and they collected my detective smart watch from me.

But now when I'm trying to reach out to them via email for regarding the update there is absolutely no response from their end and is been more than a week now. Just losing money over non working stuff like these. Need help get a working product returned. Ticket Id - 2052463....

I am khushi choudhary I given a watch for the replacement in March but I didn't get replaced watch and today is 5 September it's long time when I gave watch for replace please I request to give my watch....

I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue I have encountered with my recently purchased FIREBOLTT NINJA 3 PLUS Smart Watch (Model No. BSW030) in blue color. I bought this product from Amazon.in, and it was delivered to me on 28/04/2023.

Today, on 17/07/2023, I noticed a concerning problem with the device's display. It appears that several horizontal lines have appeared on the upside of the display, making it difficult to view the screen clearly. This issue severely affects the functionality and overall user experience of the smartwatch.

I am a loyal customer of FIREBOLTT and have always been satisfied with the quality of your products. However, I am disappointed that this particular item has encountered such a significant flaw within a short period of usage. As a result, I kindly request either a refund or a replacement for the defective product.

I believe that as a reputable company, FIREBOLTT values customer satisfaction and aims to address any concerns promptly. Therefore, I am reaching out to you in the hope that you will rectify this situation by offering a suitable resolution. Enclosed with this letter are copies of the purchase receipt and any relevant documentation to verify my claim. Additionally, I have attached clear photographs of the faulty display for your reference.

I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this matter, either by initiating a refund for the purchase amount or by providing a replacement FIREBOLTT NINJA 3 PLUS Smart Watch that is free from any defects.

I HAVE SUBMITTED THIS SMARTWATCH TO SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ME JOB SHEET TO ME AND I AM TRYING TO EXPLAIN CUSTOMER SERVCE THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO UNDERSTAND IT....

I purchased a fireboltt watch in the month of April after two months it started showing white screen at edges and one day it's completely dead .After that I claimed my warranty and request a replacement,so they registered my complaint- on 7th July 2023.And they arranged a reverse pickup.Within 48 hours their delivery agent came and I handoved my watch to him.

After that I got a mail on that my watch has reached there and they will take further action between 2-3 days.And futher courier details will be shared. After one month on 8th Aug i received replacement product which was again faulty and wrong product. I have raised again a ticket and now they are saying product is out of stock and it will take more days. Today is 25th Aug and i am hearing same thing from their worst customer service team Very bad service by fireboltt. I didn't expect this from them....
