I ordered fire boltt ninja smartwatch from Myntra and they delivered a not working product.Myntra guys did not exchange it with a working product instead they wanted me to reach out to firbolt service center. None of the firebolt customer care numbers are working so i emailed them and they collected my detective smart watch from me.
But now when I'm trying to reach out to them via email for regarding the update there is absolutely no response from their end and is been more than a week now. Just losing money over non working stuff like these. Need help get a working product returned. Ticket Id - 2052463.
