On [Protected]Purchased Fireboltt invincible smart watch on amazon (Rs 5999) 0[Protected]it stopped working 0[Protected]registered a complaint through email & ticket issued (ticket ID is 748094) there were series of mail between us, finally 0[Protected]replacement was sent (a brand new firboltt invincible smart watch) and the case was closed (although that was not my choice).
Again on 0[Protected]the replaced unit stopped working. [Protected]registered a complaint through email & ticket issued (ticket Id 1882268) i am aware that firboltt invincible smart watch is no longer available in the market and outdated, there are now upgraded versions. [Protected]fireboltt gave me 2 options; Coupon code to redeem on fireboltt website or replacement with some other model.
I asked for coupon code. [Protected]i was informed that they will send a 2021 model (fireboltt terra) of same value. I did not agree to it because it is a 2 years old model, the features are not upto the mark and outdated. so i insisted on coupon code. [Protected]I am being forced to agree with their choice through email, while i have been requesting for coupon code, which i can use to buy the latest models from the website. I am fed up of fireboltt and their services. every time they force me to agree to their choice, two times their product got spoilt within warranty period, still they are trying to dump another 2 year old model on me.
I lost trust in all of their products, services and credibility. i will never buy another product from the same brand. in this one year of using the smart watch, almost for 3 months it was with them only in non working condition. as i write this complaint it is still lying with them. with your help I would like to get full refund (Rs 5999) back.
