I have getting a smart watch in fireboltt.com in fireboltt company watch date18/ 08/2023.this properly not working after one month . device is dead not getting on.

Product is dead device is not getting on so apply to device replacement order requested done to fireboltt website.after Smart watch Reverse pickup of the product Fireboltt Hunter BSW127 Black is successfully done. Reverse pickup done against ticket id-2129686.But more than twenty five days not receive to replacement product please help me.Replacement order not getting done.

I m Chasing with customer care from last 6 month, no response from the Fireboltt team, Such a pathetic Service. only assurance is given No resolution My faulty watch Is picked On 21 Aug 2023 But no replacement Given till date or No Voucher provided. Its just the assurance i get On time.
