As I ordered firebollt smart watch which is Ultimate silver in color which was recive at my location on date 15 August 2023 and after 7-8 days battery backup problem start in smart watch ,which gives only 2-3 hour's backup only after full 100% charge,after complaint to Fireboltt official web site company arrange pickup for watch bu courier on Date 28 August 2023 and courier person pickup parcle on Date 01 September 2023 and it delivered to boltt on date 6 September 2023 and replacement watch delivered at my location on date 19 September 2023 which was different in color, after more than 1 month.
I received replacement was different which I ordered so I mail to fire boltt team regarding this multiple time but he was not responding or not confirmed me before courier replacement black color watch,after multiple tries to call her support number (1888) he says at present silver watch not available so we send black color new watch, so I dinned to accept this watch because if I ordered silver color then why can I accept black, because i never use black color, so I request firebollt team to refund mu payment and pickup your new black watch but he not agree for return and says that we will provide u replacement of silver watch in 1 month. Which was very slow service of firebollt,
It's my request to please process for refund ASAP
