I have ordered a 1.5 T 3 Star Split Inverter AC from Flipkart which was received on 11.04.2022 and installation was done by Blue Star authorised service partner Roy Refrigeration on 12.04.2022. After the installation it was observed by them the AC was faulty and as per their diagnosis the PCB of the indoor unit is diffective. So I decided to return/replace the product back, but a customer care executive of Flipkart informed me that I have void their terms & condition, so the seller won't accept return.
So I registered a complain to Blue Star on that very same day 12.4.22. Recieved a replacement PCB after 11 days on 23.4.22. But after replacing it with faulty one the issue does not resolved. The local service provider is now telling the PCB of the outdoor unit is also faulty. It seems the entire product is fully diffective. I bought it seeing the well reputation of Blue Star.
But now I am regretting every second. My money is gone but in return I am suffering, I still not seeing any hope, I request to Blue Star for replacement but they are not replied. I don't wish to receive any more services of repairing as I bought a brand new product.
Kindly help me, so that I can get a replacement of my product at the earliest from Blue Star Ltd. All relevant documents attached....
