Bluestar dealers and service center misbehaved and harassed us at 11 PM in the night. we purchased product on 23 April 22. After 8 days excess of ice is formed in water cooler.

We register the complain on 2 may 22. Technician didn't visit in 24 hrs he visited on 08 may 22 and said thermostat is need to replace. He put some old rusted thermostat again the problem of ice is formed.

We again call him he came and said o m going to adjust the thermostat again the. Problem persist 3 time he e again on en the machine n replace the thermostat which is very short in length not able to fit in the machine so he tried to get fixed n then he said we r going to take take the machine back replace it.

From 10 may 22 to today till 17. May 22 no one is come with new machine. Inspite of several calls bu us. Yesterday night at 11 PM the dealer high tech engineer Lucknow came with machine n force us to take machine at 11 PM night.

The behaviour of the dealer is not good. We refused. It is a kind of harassment to customer. I fed up with the kind of product by blue star n the lethargic attitude of service people n dealer.

I m attached photographs of termostate n time of dealer visit at night. Dealer said sir product is very small. So we don't entertain this kind of complaint. My point is if blue star is not able to deal with small product then stop manufacturing it.

I want my money back from company....

I have ordered an AC from bluestar in the month is April 2022. I received it on 15th of the same.month. The installation has been done on the other day. But since then the AC doesn't work.

Service person visited and said that the outdoor machine delivered is not compatible for the unit and hence need to be replaced. From that day onwards none of the persons from the bluestar answers the calls.

I have called several times to the customer service. They simply raise the tickets but won't provide any solution. I have spent 40k on that product. I purchased that to my mother so that she could beat the heat in summer.

But that is happening is really upsetting me. I couldn't even know to contact. I have been constantly calling to service people but they don't answer and they blocked my number. Please provide a solution to this....

I have ordered a 1.5 T 3 Star Split Inverter AC from Flipkart which was received on 11.04.2022 and installation was done by Blue Star authorised service partner Roy Refrigeration on 12.04.2022. After the installation it was observed by them the AC was faulty and as per their diagnosis the PCB of the indoor unit is diffective. So I decided to return/replace the product back, but a customer care executive of Flipkart informed me that I have void their terms & condition, so the seller won't accept return.

So I registered a complain to Blue Star on that very same day 12.4.22. Recieved a replacement PCB after 11 days on 23.4.22. But after replacing it with faulty one the issue does not resolved. The local service provider is now telling the PCB of the outdoor unit is also faulty. It seems the entire product is fully diffective. I bought it seeing the well reputation of Blue Star.

But now I am regretting every second. My money is gone but in return I am suffering, I still not seeing any hope, I request to Blue Star for replacement but they are not replied. I don't wish to receive any more services of repairing as I bought a brand new product.

Kindly help me, so that I can get a replacement of my product at the earliest from Blue Star Ltd. All relevant documents attached....

Sir, i Shilpi Ghosh a resident of this great nation have purchased Blue Star 1.2 Ton Inverter AC in the month of April from flipkart. After purchase the blue star company is denying to install as my flat is in 2nd floor.

But after complaining it in flipkart they anyhow managed to install. Now after 6 months of usage the ac is not cooling and Blue Star company is telling that we have no record of that so I have made a complain for that also and for less cooling and the technician came and told it was ok.

Again i make complain after two days, now they are telling the gas was leaked and you have to make arrangement for structure as your flat is in 2nd floor so that our technician can work properly.

Now tell me where i get the structure and while purchasing they are taking installation charge also and now refusing to do the work. I have already mailed to service centre, they are least bother and given a number which is always busy.

Sir with a great hope i am writing this to you. I hope a middle class family will get justice regarding this type of issue....

Complaint letter for defective air-conditioner: I purchased Blue Star Air conditioner product (318VL) from T. nagar Sathya Showroom on 17th Sep’21. There is an issue with Gas Leaking & Swing hence I have raised a complaint about that issue on 21st Sep.

Technician came and found that, gas level was supposed to be at 150 but it was showing 200 so he has decreased the level and went off. It did not work well hence I raised a complaint again on 22nd for which Senior Technician came and said it is showing 90 instead of 150. They have repaired the same however the room is not at cool that much.

When I start the AC, the swing is not opened sometimes so I have asked them to check that issue too however no proper response. For your reference, this is my Compliant nbr. B[Protected]. I am not able to use the air conditioner effectively and very much Dissatisfied with the product.

Also, I am really disappointed the way everything was handled by RK Services (Dealer/Agency). I am not interested in getting my product repaired since facing the same issue even Technician repaired twice so I demanded a new working piece in replacement with some other model but it is not happened....

Dear sir, we purchased water filter from blue star in August 2020 and were assured 2 free services. we were called by several executives between September to June asking if we need the engineer to come and service the filter. on every instance we requested the executive to send engineer but till date no engineer has been sent.

The water filter is not working and we have been calling the company since January 2021 to send some engineer for service. But till date no enginner has come. The warranty is about to expire and the customer care executives also deny to help. They say the engineer will call and schedule an appointment but we have not received a call till date.

We have got more than 10 calls asking if we need service and not even a single time they have sent the engineer. They just waste our time, make fun of us and don't do the job. Even today we called but there was no help received. We are struggling to find alternative water source due to covid. Request your help in talking to the company and send an executive immediately.

Also we want our free warranty to be extended since company did not give us service during warranty period. ...
