I have ordered an AC from bluestar in the month is April 2022. I received it on 15th of the same.month. The installation has been done on the other day. But since then the AC doesn't work.
Service person visited and said that the outdoor machine delivered is not compatible for the unit and hence need to be replaced. From that day onwards none of the persons from the bluestar answers the calls.
I have called several times to the customer service. They simply raise the tickets but won't provide any solution. I have spent 40k on that product. I purchased that to my mother so that she could beat the heat in summer.
But that is happening is really upsetting me. I couldn't even know to contact. I have been constantly calling to service people but they don't answer and they blocked my number. Please provide a solution to this.
