Dear sir, we purchased water filter from blue star in August 2020 and were assured 2 free services. we were called by several executives between September to June asking if we need the engineer to come and service the filter. on every instance we requested the executive to send engineer but till date no engineer has been sent.
The water filter is not working and we have been calling the company since January 2021 to send some engineer for service. But till date no enginner has come. The warranty is about to expire and the customer care executives also deny to help. They say the engineer will call and schedule an appointment but we have not received a call till date.
We have got more than 10 calls asking if we need service and not even a single time they have sent the engineer. They just waste our time, make fun of us and don't do the job. Even today we called but there was no help received. We are struggling to find alternative water source due to covid. Request your help in talking to the company and send an executive immediately.
Also we want our free warranty to be extended since company did not give us service during warranty period.
