Complaint letter for defective air-conditioner: I purchased Blue Star Air conditioner product (318VL) from T. nagar Sathya Showroom on 17th Sep’21. There is an issue with Gas Leaking & Swing hence I have raised a complaint about that issue on 21st Sep.
Technician came and found that, gas level was supposed to be at 150 but it was showing 200 so he has decreased the level and went off. It did not work well hence I raised a complaint again on 22nd for which Senior Technician came and said it is showing 90 instead of 150. They have repaired the same however the room is not at cool that much.
When I start the AC, the swing is not opened sometimes so I have asked them to check that issue too however no proper response. For your reference, this is my Compliant nbr. B[Protected]. I am not able to use the air conditioner effectively and very much Dissatisfied with the product.
Also, I am really disappointed the way everything was handled by RK Services (Dealer/Agency). I am not interested in getting my product repaired since facing the same issue even Technician repaired twice so I demanded a new working piece in replacement with some other model but it is not happened.
