I have ordered Dell Inspiron 1545 and received it on 13th November 2022. On receiving I found that its defective product I complained it to their support team and provided all the screenshots and videos they requested.

After reviewing their support team agreed to replace it and asked me to courier the product by my own expense(Ideally on sending the defective product, they should be arranging the pickup and paying for it). After few days(on 19th November 2022) they confirmed that they have received the product and I should wait for 6-7 days for replacement update.

Its been more than 20 days and I have not received any update as on 9th Dec 2022. I have stopped replying to my chats from their support number. I would request Worldmarts to provide me the original batter that they have promised on their website....

NEVER BUY from worldmarts.in, or you'll loose a big amount (10% of order value + 350 INR delivery & return charges & processing fee) even when a defective product is returned back to seller. refer their return policy (https://www.worldmarts.in/order-return-policy/), read down for further info.

I am writing this complaint due to a worst experience I faced and not want other buyers to loose their hard earned money. I placed order for 3499 INR for Lenovo laptop battery on 19th May 2022, and waited for 10 days without any progress in processing their order, cancelled it.

But they wanted to deliver the battery, processed it and delivered. Nevertheless the battery was defective, does not run on battery (shuts down in a few seconds - either when started with battery power or when power supply is cut-off) and also does not charge over 73%

Recorded video, sent mail to them for return on the same day battery was delivered, They wanted to see battery physical condition, asked for all sides photo, also sent it to them.

They accepted for return but told there is no return pickup for my area and asked if I could sent the battery myself, (part of their tactics to make buyer bear the return cost as the shipping agency had done pickups earlier from the same address.

Ideally they have to bear the return shipping cost if the product is defective, but that didn’t happen). I needed to send battery safely, even though its defective I send through courier with premium option than a normal mode and spent 340 INR.

Once the battery is delivered back, the actual pain starts. They state that can refund only upon deducting delivery charge 150 + refund processing fee of 50 and importantly 10% of your order value 350 as restoration charge (which they claim for packaging and extra expenses.) and not pay for my return courier also.

This is a cunning way to get a minimum necessary profit for every order placed. I spent total of 3,499 (product) + 340 (return courier)= 3,839 INR, they ONLY refunded me 2,950 INR and that's a loss of 889 INR, just for placing an order with them, even though product I got was defective and returned back to them safely at my own cost.

If you place order for 10,000 you'll anyways lose 1,000 even if you return the product that’s defective or wrong product + 350 for shipping and processing fee or you ll loose all money if in a case they don’t accept the condition of product returned.

The deduction 10% of order value for restoration charge can anytime become 15% or 20% or even more if they change/ update their return policy and poor buyer have to bear the ransom for whatever they charge and they’ll justify stating its mentioned in the return policy

And the hotline [Protected]for customer support - no one ever picks. Hence this a WARNING about their return policy, NEVER BUY from worldmarts.in or be prepared pay the deductions....

Cheap chinese battery being sold which stops working under 4 months time. And let me tell you there is no easy replacement its all fake even when the battery is in warranty . Please don't buy from there worst site. People here are thieves. I had bought the battery 4 months ago. First of all the battery stopped working with zero hour backup. Then when i called at this shitty unethical company aka worldmarts people said to give us 200 rupees for courier .

I gave 200 rupees and it got couriered. I don't know what they did but they started saying the battery is broken during shipment and its our fault and they wont be able to get me a refund or a replacement. I even packaged the battery in a hard card box wrapped with bubble paper.

So my conclusion is please dont buy from this fake website . Its just a waste of money. These people at the company are frauds. The battery had a 6 month warranty (which should be 1 year) nd still the battery stopped in 4 months and this company is not even replacing me just because the battery broke during the shipment and the company is blaming us.

The battery we had sent was not broken and we had also sent them a pic of the battery before sending it to them . Please dont buy anything from this company ....

Hi I would like to tell you, worldmarts.in is a Fraud Company. I ordered a Microsoft Charger and they did deliver junk charger that was over heating and it was not OEM.

Called and complaint same say but they refused to solve. Ordered and complain the day I received charger on Jan, 25th 2022. They took time to pick up till this evening and they refused to pick up.

I would like to take a legal action for selling B copy of Microsoft Charger and Parts. If any one has same problem with the Worldmarts.in. kindly revert back to my email. Would like to see the scammers behind the bars very soon.

Great product, it's been 8 months didn't face any issue. we can replace battery our self, no need to go service center. Worldmarts.in delivery and packing is good. Before purchasing I've some doubt about the authenticity of the product.

But After using 5-6 days, I can say that for sure that I received the original Dell charger. However, I think the Power cable with the charger is not authentic....

I saw battery for my laptop in many websites but i cant choose best one then Worldmarts.in gave me the best battery with fully original package of dell, the package size is very huge as per the battery size and this is called safety delivery.

Yes the battery is not 14.8 volt as per required but it does not really matter cause other specification is fully same as old battery, the battery is 14.6 volt and 2700 mah and according to old battery the cell was made in korea and assembled in china and the new is also the same as old.

And last i use my laptop for youtube chrome and it is giving 4 to 5 hrs backup and if u are seeing normal photos it will give u 7 to 8 hrs backup....

Bought a claimed DELL original battery on 5th Jan 22 and received the same on 13th Jan. It was not a working piece and tried all available online help but no luck. I Ping the Help Desk number but there too no luck.

Since I bought it for my son's online classes so took it to a local laptop dealer and immediately I was informed that it is a fake one and he also show that there is no issue with laptop by inserting his own battery from his stall.

Then the nightmare starts when trying to contact WorldMarts. I raised ticket, call the so-called 24/7 support, Whatsapp them, ping to their "Priya" bot (in their website) but no luck. On 17th or 18th got connected and was informed that the support team was on holidays...!!! (24/7 is a false support)

Finally today 7th Feb after more than 50+ collective calls/contacts they cut the return price left, right and center (not my fault a defective product) and took out 30% of the cost price!!!

I wish nobody face such mental harassment so want to raise this complaint so that the people are aware when they get into such potholes. I had a look at their About us > Team and wish I could connect with any of them to resolve glaring gaps....

I bought a Dell Laptop battery from this WorldMart Infocom, Ahmedabad on Dec 13, 2021. It worked for a few days with 2-3 hour backup time. But then a 100% charged battery started getting drained within 10 minutes.

On raising a complaint, they wanted a photo of the original packing, which generally no one keeps. However, later on I was asked to deposit Rs 300 towards courier charges for replacement, which I deposited.

On the next day their courier collected the battery. After one week of vigorous follow up, they took a stand that the battery was not received by them. This is despite the fact that I received an email as well as SMS from the company that battery was received by them two days back.

Today someone from the company says that since the battery was received in a damaged condition, they cannot provide a replacement. To prove that the battery was given to courier in undamaged condition, they wanted me to provide them a video showing delivering of undamaged battery to the courier.

The battery was packed properly with foam and photos of battery as well as the packing was sent to the company for their clearance, which they did. Have never seen a company like this which is so customer unfriendly.

Cannot imagine such a company in Gujarat, which is otherwise famous State for its honesty and fair dealings. People should deal with this company after assessing their capacity to fight out issues with them....

I have ordered the Lenevo Yoga 530 laptop battery worth Rs 3699/- but they had sent me a non-compatable battery, I sent it back to them and asked for a refund. After the four days,

Somebody from SKycare IT solutions called (Mobile number: [Protected]) saying they are from Worlmarts company and asked what is the problem with the battery, I said it not compatible, I want refund of money, he said they will deduct 300Rs as delivery charge.

The problem is from their side, why should I have to pay for that, I asked for a complete 3699/- refund. Since that day, either not receiving my calls nor replying to my messages.

I am keep calling that number now they r are not receiving at all. I want my money back. This is the way they are cheating a lot customers, these people should be punished and fake company and website should be closed.

I have raised the complaint in their website for customer support, they are not even replying to my complaint. The website looks so genuine, anyone would believe and they may try to order electronic gadgets.

Such stupid people, they are cheating entire country people. They should not be spared at all....

Its surely a fake company selling products from fake/ duplicate firms. They sent me life expired laptop battery, issued invoice without mentioning GST number and charged GST. Initially they refused refund and later agreed for it.

But they informed me that they will deduct courier charges Rs.300 and I agreed. But in the refund information it is shown as GST deduction. Any way, I lost Rs300 and got back Rs1499/- after many calls and emails.

Contact number mentioned in their web site is fake. No way to call them. Never get cheated by worldmarts,in. invoice number: retail10205, date 11/0/21, order no 226224 supplier care IT solutions, Ahmedabad. Ordered through worldmarts.in....
