I have ordered Dell Inspiron 1545 and received it on 13th November 2022. On receiving I found that its defective product I complained it to their support team and provided all the screenshots and videos they requested.
After reviewing their support team agreed to replace it and asked me to courier the product by my own expense(Ideally on sending the defective product, they should be arranging the pickup and paying for it). After few days(on 19th November 2022) they confirmed that they have received the product and I should wait for 6-7 days for replacement update.
Its been more than 20 days and I have not received any update as on 9th Dec 2022. I have stopped replying to my chats from their support number. I would request Worldmarts to provide me the original batter that they have promised on their website.
