I booked the ticket for 28th Feb but I got a different booking date and flight. I tried calling instantly to their customer support and also emailed them. There were two numbers. It said the number don't exist and the second was disconnecting every time I was trying to make the call. After speaking to over few minutes no help as such provided. Instead the CC support was adamant that the number shared is correct. And it's my fault for the wrong date. I have simply been looted for 5.5k rupees.. please be aware. Next time you try tripodeal.com....

I have booked a flight and made full payment and from their side the booking has been made pending and when I called customer support they said that the booking has been canceled and the payment will be refunded in 4-5 days and when the problem their site then they are harassing the customers and cheating them of their money, After researching about (TripOdeal) site, I came to know that it is not a good site and some people have complaints regarding refund like me.

I booked my ticket and it didnt got booked but money was deducted . Its been 8 days and still mu money is not returned . Every time I call the call center they say we have returned the money . We have initiated the transfer. Still my money is not returned . My booking id was TOD00932107.

Why they deducted the money if booking was rejected. Secondly it took seconds to deduct from my bank and my money is not yet returned to me after 8 days. Starting to feel they are frauds. But I will complain in consumer forum....

I had booked flight from Goa to Bengaluru, for 7.7k from tripodeal, they sent pnr C1HNJY,When I checked with akasa airlines directly, they said PNR for flight is proper but there are no passengers with our 3 names in their entries

This company has sent fake PNR as confirmation to us, and blaming the akasa airlines for not sending refund.The customer support also blocked me, after calling them multiple times, very poor service, they are redirecting me to waiting call on hold directly now, never gets connected to customer care person.They are not even responding properly for the email ticket raised. They haven't sent any other email confirmations except for the fake PNR.There are plenty of Google reviews recently regarding this, but they seem to be fake hyping the rating.This company is also known by the name sastasafar.com , equally worst reviews, similar bad reviews on this as well.

We booked tickets from Sastasafar/Tripodeal via Booking # SSF00763096 from Srinagar to Delhi for 30th Jun'23 for 6 passengers in SpiceJet and was charged INR 36705. We were inform before less than 24 hours ago that the flight has been cancelled and we need to book another flight by paying 15K extra. To which we denied and requested for refund, the airline and the Sastasafar Agent Ms. Lakshmi both confirmed that the full amount of INR 36705 will be refunded. But instead they refunded INR 31495 and when checked on the reason of the partial amount, they informed that they have deducted convenience fee and tax. When no services were availed by us and we did not initiate any cancellation why should we pay convenience fee and what for?

Should we pay convenience fee for the inconvenience of cancellation at the 9th hour, unable to find tickets, pay double charges and the anguish, pain and harassment we had to go through. The manager Mr. Ankit at the travel company was very rude and was not ready to hear anything. We would want full refund as we would have happily paid the convenience charges+tax if we would have availed any service. Overall pathetic customer experience and a fraud travel company. BE AWARE!...

We booked a 8 day trip from 23 Jun to 30 jun with Trip o deal covering Srinagar, Pahalgam, Sonmarg and Gulmarg. It was four of us including my elderly parents. Tripodeal gave us a scary and terrifying experience during our Kashmir trip , changed hotels twice to lower category and gave rooms on 3rd floor without lift, where my 70 year old parents could not even climb. We had disrespectful driver (Mansoor) who would not stop for water when my parents were thirsty and he crossed entire Srinagar city without stopping. I literally had to force stop him after sometime.

But most importantly they had local agent Haider who literally had verbal arguments over hotel changes and threatened me that he will not let me leave Kashmir. I was shocked and terrified with abusive behavior. I complained this to Bharat but he had no control on what's going on.

I have booking a flight ticket through Tripodeal app for Air India flight from Mumbai to Jamnagar. While booking money transaction successful, but ticket booking not confirmed. Immediately sent a mail to them narrated the same and requested refund the money. From their side no response and refund also....

Today I booked a flight from Pune-Del and back by Air India and since I liked the deal offered by them, I paid the entire amount. After submitting the payment, the site kept saying that it is processing my request which went on for 35 minutes after which I called their customer care no. 0[Protected]and was transferred to Yash who said that the flights are not available at the fares I had selected.

He said that I will get the same flight if I paid extra. This appears to be the FRAUD they are playing on customers. He said that the amount will be refunded back into the bank account within 24-72 hours and then changed it to 5-7 days.

Again this is playing with the customer's mind as the customer will want to avoid waiting for this long. Kindly report this FRAUD and stringent action needs to be taken against the owner/s of this FRAUD company....

I have booked ticket from tripOdeal site. I did the payment but booking status shows pending. I tried contacting customer support but its not available. I sent mail as well but haven’t received any reply. I doubt if the site is legitimate or not....

I booked a round ticket from Ahmedabad to Kolkata on November 11, 2022 for a journey on 16the Dec, 2022 and return on 3 Dec, 2022.The from Ahmedabad flight by Spice Jet was OK. But the return journey was by Go-Air on 3rd Dec flight is cancelled. I checked with the airline GO-Air.

They confirmed that there is no booking with that PNR No: WCRLHZ/N9PRSJ (this from my E-Ticket). And the booking ID is, TripOdeal Booking Id. #TOD00401213. I have tried number of times to contact them over the phone. After couple of inquiry answer they snap the call. I had tried several times, they are not simply answering....
