I had booked flight from Goa to Bengaluru, for 7.7k from tripodeal, they sent pnr C1HNJY,When I checked with akasa airlines directly, they said PNR for flight is proper but there are no passengers with our 3 names in their entries

This company has sent fake PNR as confirmation to us, and blaming the akasa airlines for not sending refund.The customer support also blocked me, after calling them multiple times, very poor service, they are redirecting me to waiting call on hold directly now, never gets connected to customer care person.They are not even responding properly for the email ticket raised. They haven't sent any other email confirmations except for the fake PNR.There are plenty of Google reviews recently regarding this, but they seem to be fake hyping the rating.This company is also known by the name sastasafar.com , equally worst reviews, similar bad reviews on this as well.

They gave refund

This flight was cancelled for 25th September, so far it's been 40 days, and still there's no sign of refund

I had booked a flight from Mumbai to gorakhpur and return flight on the same route on 13/1/24. Flights were scheduled on 2/2/24 and 4/2/24. Both the flights got cancelled. Airline says that the refund process has been completed and the flights had been cancelled even before I made the bookings. I have been given multiple false assurances regarding the full refund of my tickets but nothing has been done till now. Booking ID:- TOD00993003
