I booked the ticket for 28th Feb but I got a different booking date and flight. I tried calling instantly to their customer support and also emailed them. There were two numbers. It said the number don't exist and the second was disconnecting every time I was trying to make the call. After speaking to over few minutes no help as such provided. Instead the CC support was adamant that the number shared is correct. And it's my fault for the wrong date. I have simply been looted for 5.5k rupees.. please be aware. Next time you try tripodeal.com.
