TripoDeal.com: My booking status is pending even after money is transferred

I have booked ticket from tripOdeal site. I did the payment but booking status shows pending. I tried contacting customer support but its not available. I sent mail as well but haven’t received any reply. I doubt if the site is legitimate or not.
