I purchased a suit from their website, but the dupatta didn't match the suit at all. They didn't respond to my messages, didn't share any tracking ID, and after a few days, I received the courier. When I shared a picture of what I received and asked to exchange the size, they still didn't reply. I even mentioned registering a complaint with the consumer court, to which they rudely replied 'Go Ahead.' Afterward, they blocked me on Instagram. I advise others not to buy anything from her....

I ordered large size and got the pant extra large size, It is so loose and they said measurements is large size only. So rudely they reply. I hope I would have checked reviews before ordering. Misleading images of cloth on their insta. Color was dull what I ordered and picture was so bright on the picture they posted....

I ordered a 2300 suit from them. While ordering it did not show any estimate delivery date . When i contacted them to ask about w EDD they told me it will take three weeks, i told them as i am traveling won't be available at home please cancel the order or prepone or postpone it. They very rudely told they can't help i need to think before placing order. I told them it EDD was not mentioned during checkout, they just started replying very rudely so much that i had to block their number.Please DO NOT buy from them....

On the present date still it's not showing any tracking information , and also on contacting the customer contact I am not being replied properly . Either I need my amount back or I need my order asap....

I bought a peach suit from them 2300.. believe me material is very cheap.. neck is too much deep.. no good stitching. When I complaint them.. bolte h measurements theek nhi Daala .. inko pucho 10 inch ka front neck kon pahnta h.. i asked them to return.. they refused.. I told them to report about them.. they told do whatever you want.. actually they are playing in the market and making money due to innocent customers... pls think before spending your money.

They have fake reviews.. fake followers.. when I started commenting on their post they deleted or deactivate their account....

I placed an order with them after got to know about them through a celeb page. I regret placing the order without doing a simple google search n blindly trusting the celeb page. After placing the order I received order confirmation order but after that no updates about the order status. After continuous follow ups finally I received the product.

And I must tell during these follow ups their response was very weird. After I opened the package I found out the item is damaged!! I immediately messaged them and there was no response - I reported it within 5mins of receiving the order!! When I tried to call they didn’t pick up but sent a reply not to call them - kind of weird! And they asked me to send my unpackaging video.

I mean who usually keeps the camera on and take video unless you are a SM influence!! I shared them video of my opened package and damaged product and one package still unopened which clearly indicate I just unpacked it. But they were not ready to accept it though they know the truth and keep on asking unpackaging video!! And the lady started behaving rudely and challenging to take action if I want !! Highly arrogant attitude from her!! I checked the website return policy which only mention about to contact them in 3 days if damaged item is received ! My advice to everyone is - plz avoid this site!! They are big cheaters with no respect towards the customers; looting the buyers knowing that online consumer laws are not really strong and many customers don’t proceed with it....

I placed order on 6th august. I didn’t get my delivery and these guys refused to refund my money. Also replied me “ Well now there won't be any refund for you And yes u can take this screenshot and keep as a proof”....

I placed an order on 25th July, they asked me to pay 2000 for the product in advance. After I paid the amount, I asked for the shipping id, but she didn't share and the owner was extremely rude from day1.

After 2 weeks I received the dress, of which the pant was 2 sizes small and also the size tag had been cut by them. On 8th Aug, I asked them to exchange the pant. After a week I followed up again, and she asked me to courier the pant back to their neighbour's shop in Mumbai saying she'll pay the shipping cost and after receiving only, they'll send another pair of pants. I trusted her and couriered the pant.

Since then I very patiently kept on following up with them, but they never pick up the call, and many times they do not reply after seeing the WhatsApp messages. She kept on fooling around saying they are making the pant again.

On 18th Oct, I inquired again, she said they made the pant but again the size turned out small (shows how poor she is in her work). She said to ship back the remaining dress (top and shrug) and they'll refund the amount. I didn't trust them since still I was struggling to get the pant and shipping cost back. I asked them to send the refund for the pants only. She agreed and asked for my number to refund the money.

After that, I kept on following up for the refund for the next 20 days. On 9th Nov, I asked her to send the refund in the next half an hour or else I'll have to file the complaint, she said you can file the complaint now, no need to wait for another half an hour, this attitude won't work. I blocked her then and there.

I request you take appropriate action against such fraud sellers who keep on cheating and looting money from innocent customers so that they can be banned from Instagram as many people still fall into their traps....

I have ordered one kurta worth 1200 on 28th Dec 2021. I’m writing this complaint on 28th of January 2022 that I’ still have not received my order. Trend on the go operator on Instagram and WhatsApp is refusing to pay back my money and also not delivering my order.

I saw the same complaint by the other subscriber so it is true that these guys are looting the buyers. They will just keep telling you that it will reach you this week whenever you try to ask and the product never reaches.

I have reached out to them on their WhatsApp and insta profiles every week but I got the same response that it is taking time. I do not understand how a product is taking a month to reach within India.

I have given up now and just submitting this complaint so that nobody else is facing the same issue. They do not have a customer care number and they don’t receive calls for any customer complaints.

Once you pay them they forget the order also they do not have any tracking system. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction. A big fraud company. Hopefully these people will have some shame and stop looting the customers....

I have placed an order on 30th Aug,2021 through an instagram seller page named as 'Trend on the go'. Before placing my order,I enquired with them and then they asked me to pay 1500 for the product in advance and assured me that the product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

So, I believed them and paid them 1500 expecting the product delivery to be within maximum of 10th sept,2021. In the meanwhile,i constantly tried to ask about the update of my product through whatsapp but some days they used to reply and other days they used to see my texts but didn't respond.

So, i got lil suspective of their behavior and pinged them every alternative day but they re-assured me again and again that my product is already shipped and it will be delivered within 2 days. As till 21st sept,I didn't receive the product so i pinged them and they shared me the image of my product where the order Id was mentioned.

So, I entered the order Id in the respective logistics website and checked the status,It was shown that the product was shipped today i,e on 21st sept, 2021 and that too from Surat. So all these while since 30th Aug, they have lied to me saying that the product is shipped and will be delivered but actually the product was not shipped only.

And the instagram seller operates from Orissa while my product was shipped from Surat. So,its a clear example that 'trend on go' instagram seller is a fraud who is trying to con people by taking advance amount and doesn't bother to ship/delivery the product or provide any update to the customer.

I request you to kindly look into this matter deeply and take appropriate actions so that these kind of sellers should be banned from conning the innocent customers....
