I purchased a suit from their website, but the dupatta didn't match the suit at all. They didn't respond to my messages, didn't share any tracking ID, and after a few days, I received the courier. When I shared a picture of what I received and asked to exchange the size, they still didn't reply. I even mentioned registering a complaint with the consumer court, to which they rudely replied 'Go Ahead.' Afterward, they blocked me on Instagram. I advise others not to buy anything from her.
