I placed an order on 25th July, they asked me to pay 2000 for the product in advance. After I paid the amount, I asked for the shipping id, but she didn't share and the owner was extremely rude from day1.
After 2 weeks I received the dress, of which the pant was 2 sizes small and also the size tag had been cut by them. On 8th Aug, I asked them to exchange the pant. After a week I followed up again, and she asked me to courier the pant back to their neighbour's shop in Mumbai saying she'll pay the shipping cost and after receiving only, they'll send another pair of pants. I trusted her and couriered the pant.
Since then I very patiently kept on following up with them, but they never pick up the call, and many times they do not reply after seeing the WhatsApp messages. She kept on fooling around saying they are making the pant again.
On 18th Oct, I inquired again, she said they made the pant but again the size turned out small (shows how poor she is in her work). She said to ship back the remaining dress (top and shrug) and they'll refund the amount. I didn't trust them since still I was struggling to get the pant and shipping cost back. I asked them to send the refund for the pants only. She agreed and asked for my number to refund the money.
After that, I kept on following up for the refund for the next 20 days. On 9th Nov, I asked her to send the refund in the next half an hour or else I'll have to file the complaint, she said you can file the complaint now, no need to wait for another half an hour, this attitude won't work. I blocked her then and there.
I request you take appropriate action against such fraud sellers who keep on cheating and looting money from innocent customers so that they can be banned from Instagram as many people still fall into their traps.
