TrendOnTheGO: Order Is Not Delivered

I have ordered one kurta worth 1200 on 28th Dec 2021. I’m writing this complaint on 28th of January 2022 that I’ still have not received my order. Trend on the go operator on Instagram and WhatsApp is refusing to pay back my money and also not delivering my order.

I saw the same complaint by the other subscriber so it is true that these guys are looting the buyers. They will just keep telling you that it will reach you this week whenever you try to ask and the product never reaches.

I have reached out to them on their WhatsApp and insta profiles every week but I got the same response that it is taking time. I do not understand how a product is taking a month to reach within India.

I have given up now and just submitting this complaint so that nobody else is facing the same issue. They do not have a customer care number and they don’t receive calls for any customer complaints.

Once you pay them they forget the order also they do not have any tracking system. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction. A big fraud company. Hopefully these people will have some shame and stop looting the customers.

I placed an order on 25th July, they asked me to pay 2000 in advance. After I paid, I asked for the shipping id, but she didn't share & was extremely rude from day1. After 2 weeks I received the dress, of which the pant was 2 sizes small & also the size tag had been cut by them. On 8th Aug, I asked them to exchange the pant. She asked me to courier the pant back to their neighbour's shop in Mumbai saying she'll pay the shipping cost & after receiving it only, she'll send another pant. I trusted her & couriered the pant. Since then I very patiently kept on following up, she kept on fooling around saying they are making the pant again. On 18th Oct, I enquired again, she said they made the pant but again the size turned out small. She said to ship back remaining dress (top and shrug) & she'll refund it. I asked them to send refund for the pant only. She agreed. After that, I kept on following up for the refund for the next 20 days. On 9th Nov, she said she no more can send pant nor refund
