He said he ll send tracking no tracking received. I pinged them many times no response nothing. Then he said I m not working there anymore. I don’t know what to do. Please help me. Please help me get my refund for the product....

I ordered 5 rings from their collection and while placing the order they were very understanding and sweet and took my size. Received 5 rings out of which one ring was soo big and the design was made in such a way that it was hurting my finger.

The other 4 rings were very big than my size. They asked me to ship it back and they would exchange it and even reduce the size. Its been almost 2 months. Now they refuse to exchange and change the size. Very rudely they say contact our legal team and now they disapprove of the exchange and size change. They say that it is a natural calamity and for manufacturing reasons the rings cannot be reduced. Neither they are willing to reduce the size nor exchange it even when they were the ones who approved it.

They also tell get it made it gold and they will debit the amount. Why do I have to make in gold. Their website is up and running. Swarish jewels is working and they are able to place new orders still they say silver manufacturing has stopped. when I requested to refund atleast that one ring they replied contact legal team....

I received their products and all products are so bad & overpriced. The person blocked me from everywhere. I just want to return the products and want to get my money back. I feel cheated while shopping online from them. Their products are not genuine and of bad quality....

I had ordered a name ring for 1500 rs. When the product was delivered the design was horrible. They showed me a sample before delivering and I told them the names are not clear still they delivered.

When I told them I did not like it they said they will correct it and send a new one. They asked me to courier the product back to them. I did so but it’s been 3 months I have not received the product back.

When I call them they don’t answer. If they do they make some excuse and disconnect the phone on you. I need help in getting my money back.

I found this company on Instagram. I placed an order on 21st Aug for a customized Silver + gold ring. I transferred the money and shared the payment screenshot. They said the ring will be delivered in 7 working days. It's been more than 3 weeks now and there is no update on my status. They have not responded.

They don't answer the calls or reply to messages. They read the messages but no response. If you message them asking for product details and how to order, they will reply immediately. The funds were transferred to Vanisha Jain as it was her Gpay number. Please look into this and assist in getting a refund....

Basic background about the company- Found them on Instagram and they operate with name of Swarish Jewels. So, I had bought a couple of things from them.

Ring, Name pendent and a chain specifically. Made out of pure silver. They took money on Google pay and then stopped replying completely. Estimated time of delivery was about 7-10 days.

It’s been 20 days and still there is no update / no reply / no apologies from them instead they decided to block us from Instagram. So now they haven’t fulfilled our orders, the advance we paid for the stuff is with them and they have decided to abandon us altogether.

They take payments via online wallets and UPI, Once you place the order , they stopped replying me from very next day. I tried calling them, texting them, and what not. But no reply at all.

Hence I went ahead and commented on their post that my order is missing they’re not full filing it and not even replying so they blocked me over insta.

They have also posted pic of me saying I like the product without my due permission, I’ve asked them to take it down from my as well as friends account ( also in the pic) but they have audacity to reply ‘Lol’ and then block us.

Key points are-
1- they’ve stopped sharing their address
2- They’re operating a illegal business without GSTIN Number
3- Vanshika Jain appears to be main player in the fraud as it’s her Google pay number attached
4- Was said their Jewellery is hall marked but it isn’t so as out of multiple products one product had arrived which doesn’t appear to be pure silver....

They said they will do a personalized ring. so they got the money through gpay..now when asked for shipment details they are not providing proper response and they do not attending calls but when tried with the new customer they reply and getting the money after getting the money.

They just ignore what ever is been asked and they using abusive words like fool and they say that they will not return the money Really got betrayed by this company of 1400. I really want to escalate it to others to avoid betrayal of other customer even though it is a little cash it is hard earned money.

So I don't want that money to lose it . So necessary action to be taken as soon as possible. Kindly have a look into these kind of issues as soon as possible....
