They said they will do a personalized ring. so they got the money through gpay..now when asked for shipment details they are not providing proper response and they do not attending calls but when tried with the new customer they reply and getting the money after getting the money.
They just ignore what ever is been asked and they using abusive words like fool and they say that they will not return the money Really got betrayed by this company of 1400. I really want to escalate it to others to avoid betrayal of other customer even though it is a little cash it is hard earned money.
So I don't want that money to lose it . So necessary action to be taken as soon as possible. Kindly have a look into these kind of issues as soon as possible.

Yes they respond nicely till they have taken the money. Once you ask for an exchange / return their tone changes. I asked for a size exchange, they said yes yes we will do it. And then now they refuse it.
Reply Worst service. Please do not buy from Swarish Jwellers. They will not respond after payment and not deliver the product.
