Hi I have ordered a 92.5 silver chain a month back. I was informed I will receive an email but I haven’t received any. So I called them and they responded stating I ll receive it within 7 days and now I am calling them again and again. The guy chetanya till

He said he ll send tracking no tracking received. I pinged them many times no response nothing. Then he said I m not working there anymore. I don’t know what to do. Please help me. Please help me get my refund for the product.
