I found this company on Instagram. I placed an order on 21st Aug for a customized Silver + gold ring. I transferred the money and shared the payment screenshot. They said the ring will be delivered in 7 working days. It's been more than 3 weeks now and there is no update on my status. They have not responded.
They don't answer the calls or reply to messages. They read the messages but no response. If you message them asking for product details and how to order, they will reply immediately. The funds were transferred to Vanisha Jain as it was her Gpay number. Please look into this and assist in getting a refund.
