On 26th Sep'22 I purchased the LG 70" TV from Reliance Digital Store, Indore. The executive Mr. Deep and the Department Head Uday had discussed and later Mr. Deep informed 3 year company warranty and 2 years extended warranty will be given, based on this I purchased the TV on 28th Sep'22 and they told me that TC will be delivered on 29th and I collected warranty and bill.

Post reaching home I checked that the warranty in Res Q was wrongly mentioned till 2025. Upon revisiting they are telling it was wrongly informed its only two years extended warranty instead of one year.

This is clear cheating ... Upon asking branch head contact details , that is also not shared. Just gave one email Id as [PROTECTED]@ril.com

I have purchased LG washing machine on 15th Aug. 2022 at Reliance digital store Rajkot Gujarat. But At the time of demo product a demo guy insisted me to buy tub cleaning powder and I paid him Rs. 1200/- for that product but still I didn't receive the product.

When I call him then he always tell today will be delivered, tomorrow will be delivered etc. But still I didn't receive.

Could you help me ?...

I purchased on 7th June 2022. Stopped working on 20 Aug 2022. I live in Greater Noida.I complained on ResQ app of Reliance digital with ref. No.-[Protected]on approx. 24 Aug. Engineer came after 2-3 days. After 2 hrs of examination he said PCB will be replaced. It taken another 7-9 days, PCB came but then when he visited to replace PCB, it still not working, he said some Fan will be replaced.

We talk to Mr Divyam of Reliance digital how you don't know the problem and jut doing hit and trail. We said if there is serious problem in manufacturing it should be replaced or some educated engineer who can resolve the problem. To which they said they will talk to Hisense and replace the AC.

Now without replacement. Without Repair, All of sudden Request has been closed. WHY. They said, on your request it has been cancelled. We have not requested. Why we would request when AC is not repaired nor replaced. this is ridiculous and just making fool of customer.Please get my AC repaired at earliest or replaced. It is just 2-3 months of purchase. and in Hot summer 1 month without AC is beating the purpose of purchase....

I booked an Ac from Reliance digital, billing was done in the name of Reliance Retail Limited, Diamond city north mall, shop no SF- 1,2,10 & 11,Second Floor, 68 jessore road, kolkata - 700007,west bengal but didnot receive the product .when i asked them when the product is delivered they didnot give me any answer also they said they didnt trace my material . Then in several times I called them but they didn't answered me. Then When I told to refund the money they told they initiate the refund but 7 working days already passed but still not received any refund. ...

I placed order of AO Smith geyser on 02.11.2021. At the time of placing the order, it was told and also Delivery as per invoice was scheduled on 03.11 2021, but it was not delivered. Delivery was attempted on 05.11.2021 and.

On that day i was not available and requested for delivery on 07.11.2021 which was confirmed by the stores. But on 07.11.2021 to my utter surprise and disbelief the product was not delivered and at 03:30 PM.

Suddenly i got a message that the product is delivered. Immediately i went downstairs and checked with security where it was not delivered. Again i called customer care, they again confirmed that within 1 hour it will be delivered.

And told that sometimes message prior to delivery cones and its general. Again after 4 hours when i contacted stores, they were unable to give any information. Again i called customer care they raised a complaint against my order.

However, till date i didn't receive the product at all. As the product is urgently required, i need it as soon as possible but no body neither at customer care nor at stores is ready to help me. I am stuck and not able to decide what to do??...

I have purchased a New Refrigerator (Samsung) from Reliance Digital on 9th Sep 2021.When the fridge was delivered after 2 days of purchasing at the time of installation,it was seen that the upper handle of the refrigerator was damaged. This complaint was instantly done at Reliance Digital from our side.

They ensured that they will change the handle the next day.But after so many reminders and calls, almost 15 days have gone, still the condition is the same and they have stopped responding to the calls as well. Is this this right way to deal with the clients as we done the full payment and have the rejected piece.

I need to have a concrete solution.The trust which the client have on Reliance Digital is totally hampered at my end and I will definitely not allow my any family friend or relative to purchase any New electronic item from Reliance Digital....

I purchased a item in above mentioned store and they promised me delivery of item in one day and they documented in receipt they gave me but I didn’t received item even after 3days and they didn’t receiving calls and simply they are covering their mistake by telling that at the time of delivery customer not lifted the call even though we didn’t receive the call and they simply throwing their mistake on customers.this type of unsatisfactory service I got and I didn’t got my item too....
