I booked an Ac from Reliance digital, billing was done in the name of Reliance Retail Limited, Diamond city north mall, shop no SF- 1,2,10 & 11,Second Floor, 68 jessore road, kolkata - 700007,west bengal but didnot receive the product .when i asked them when the product is delivered they didnot give me any answer also they said they didnt trace my material . Then in several times I called them but they didn't answered me. Then When I told to refund the money they told they initiate the refund but 7 working days already passed but still not received any refund.
