I placed order of AO Smith geyser on 02.11.2021. At the time of placing the order, it was told and also Delivery as per invoice was scheduled on 03.11 2021, but it was not delivered. Delivery was attempted on 05.11.2021 and.
On that day i was not available and requested for delivery on 07.11.2021 which was confirmed by the stores. But on 07.11.2021 to my utter surprise and disbelief the product was not delivered and at 03:30 PM.
Suddenly i got a message that the product is delivered. Immediately i went downstairs and checked with security where it was not delivered. Again i called customer care, they again confirmed that within 1 hour it will be delivered.
And told that sometimes message prior to delivery cones and its general. Again after 4 hours when i contacted stores, they were unable to give any information. Again i called customer care they raised a complaint against my order.
However, till date i didn't receive the product at all. As the product is urgently required, i need it as soon as possible but no body neither at customer care nor at stores is ready to help me. I am stuck and not able to decide what to do??
