I have purchased a New Refrigerator (Samsung) from Reliance Digital on 9th Sep 2021.When the fridge was delivered after 2 days of purchasing at the time of installation,it was seen that the upper handle of the refrigerator was damaged. This complaint was instantly done at Reliance Digital from our side.
They ensured that they will change the handle the next day.But after so many reminders and calls, almost 15 days have gone, still the condition is the same and they have stopped responding to the calls as well. Is this this right way to deal with the clients as we done the full payment and have the rejected piece.
I need to have a concrete solution.The trust which the client have on Reliance Digital is totally hampered at my end and I will definitely not allow my any family friend or relative to purchase any New electronic item from Reliance Digital.
