I purchased on 7th June 2022. Stopped working on 20 Aug 2022. I live in Greater Noida.I complained on ResQ app of Reliance digital with ref. No.-[Protected]on approx. 24 Aug. Engineer came after 2-3 days. After 2 hrs of examination he said PCB will be replaced. It taken another 7-9 days, PCB came but then when he visited to replace PCB, it still not working, he said some Fan will be replaced.
We talk to Mr Divyam of Reliance digital how you don't know the problem and jut doing hit and trail. We said if there is serious problem in manufacturing it should be replaced or some educated engineer who can resolve the problem. To which they said they will talk to Hisense and replace the AC.
Now without replacement. Without Repair, All of sudden Request has been closed. WHY. They said, on your request it has been cancelled. We have not requested. Why we would request when AC is not repaired nor replaced. this is ridiculous and just making fool of customer.Please get my AC repaired at earliest or replaced. It is just 2-3 months of purchase. and in Hot summer 1 month without AC is beating the purpose of purchase.
