I did flight booking through happyeasygo app and cancelled it later, (Air India Flight on November 22, 2022 and Indigo flight on November 28, 2022). While booking I have selected full refund option, and after cancellation when checked the status, it was showing following message "Due to high refund request volume, it takes 45 - 90 days for airlines to process a refund request." Now it is more than 4 months, i have not received the refund.

I am following up with them through emails and contact numbers given, but there is no response from them.

I was suppose to get a refund for 4200 rs. instead they gave me 244 rs. and it has been more than 2 months they are not doing anything done through the app happy easy go in go Airways the ticket was done on 14 Jan.

And the flight got cancelled go airways have refunded the amount to happy easy go but they are not processing it to me....

I have booked a to and fro journey to Goa from lucknow on 11th of december, 2021 to travel on 30th of Decemeber, 2021. Due to some reason I cancelled the return ticket after 2 hours. I have approached their customer care more than 7 times asking for help to refund my amount after cancellation of the ticket. It have been around one and half month, neither have any received any update from their side in form of mail or call nor did they returned my money....

I have booked the flight from Cochin to New Delhi for 03/May/2020 through happy easy go. Passenger details: Kannankulangara Girirajan Hariprasad & Shelly Sharma. Flight details: I5 792 Booking Confirmation: GU537S. Ticket was booked on 12/Feb/21 As you are aware, due to the covid lockdown flights got cancelled.

First email was sent to Happy Easy on 21/April/21.(email sent could be produced as an evidence) - A convincing reply from wasn't received from them till now. Email was sent to Air asia Nodal manager. The did reply and informed that the amount is refunded to the source from they received the money i.e happy easy go.

Informed the same to happy easy go in separate email. Reply - No positive reply When checked the happy easygo website, with the trip id/order id. it shows invalid and doesn't exist. It's been more than a year and seems the company has cheated me. They couldn't track the amount.

That was refunded to them by air asia and couldn't give a fair convincing reply about the status of th refund. What are the possible options to file a case against such fraudulent company? please help. Happy easy go is cheaters. m Please help me to get the amount back....

It's been 24 days since I got the refund message of my happy easy go reference number HEG ORDER [Protected]dated 30 August 2021. But I am yet to get back my refund till now. Please update. My spicejet flight scheduled from Guwahati to silchar was booked for 1st September 2021 which was cancelled.

And rescheduled by spiceJet to the next day on 2 September 2021 which is why I had to cancel the booking and arrange for other transportation means and hence claim for refund as spicejet had given me the option of reschedule or cancel. Full refund. I had opted for the full refund.

Following which I got the message from happy easy go website with reference number .HEG ORDER [Protected]and refund within 2-7 business days. It is September 24 now almost 24 days and no reply to my query from the happy easy go website nor have I received my refund amount.

I have applied for refund on Jul 2020 Trip ID'S are [Protected]and [Protected]. CaseId-[Protected]. I mailed them approx 8-9 times, voice calls 10-12 times and chatted 10-12 times.

Every time they are telling same answers ( allow us some time) but in vain.
Till now not refunded.
