I have booked the flight from Cochin to New Delhi for 03/May/2020 through happy easy go. Passenger details: Kannankulangara Girirajan Hariprasad & Shelly Sharma. Flight details: I5 792 Booking Confirmation: GU537S. Ticket was booked on 12/Feb/21 As you are aware, due to the covid lockdown flights got cancelled.
First email was sent to Happy Easy on 21/April/21.(email sent could be produced as an evidence) - A convincing reply from wasn't received from them till now. Email was sent to Air asia Nodal manager. The did reply and informed that the amount is refunded to the source from they received the money i.e happy easy go.
Informed the same to happy easy go in separate email. Reply - No positive reply When checked the happy easygo website, with the trip id/order id. it shows invalid and doesn't exist. It's been more than a year and seems the company has cheated me. They couldn't track the amount.
That was refunded to them by air asia and couldn't give a fair convincing reply about the status of th refund. What are the possible options to file a case against such fraudulent company? please help. Happy easy go is cheaters. m Please help me to get the amount back.
