Happy Easy Go: Not Refunding

I have applied for refund on Jul 2020 Trip ID'S are [Protected]and [Protected]. CaseId-[Protected]. I mailed them approx 8-9 times, voice calls 10-12 times and chatted 10-12 times.

Every time they are telling same answers ( allow us some time) but in vain.
Till now not refunded.

I hope you will help in this matter.
